Looking for a dependable Customer Service with excellent time management, organization, follow through. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong organizational and motivational skills, as well as be able to follow directions well and complete assigned tasks with a sense of efficiency and urgency. Punctuality and attendance is a must. Qualifications: -1-3 years' experience in an assistant or administrative role. -Must be able to pass background check -GED or high school diploma -Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word -Professional demeanor Skills: -Ability to multitask and prioritize -Attention to detail -Organizational and critical thinking skills -Excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills Job duties: - Work under the direction of the executive director - Manage apprenticeship files and time cards - Update attendance reports daily - Create meeting flyers, manage attendance roster, and handle all arrangements - Greet visitors and answer phone
