I have a company roster (the Master sheet) that contains about 20 columns of data for each employee (about 450 employees). I have additional tabs for each Functional Area (Tabs: Marketing, Finance, Etc. - 9 total) that the employees are in, as identified in the Master Sheet. Those 9 tabs contain varying amount of tables for each team that make up that Functional Area. I would like to have those tables dynamically change if the Master Sheet has any edits, deleted rows, or added rows. Each Functional Area has anywhere between 1 and 8 tables of teams, that would need to be added to dynamically change, with a varying amount of people/records on each team. This video tutorial is essentially what I want. The only difference is that each tab would have several different tables, to represent and organize the different teams within those Functional Areas. You do not have to do it the same way this video instructs, if you know a better way, but just adding for reference. [login to view URL] I would also like to future-proof the document, so that it would be possible to add new teams (tables) or new functional areas (Tabs) as necessary. I have a spreadsheet I can share for reference that has the Master sheet, and all of the different Tabs and Teams as an example, that I am currently manually updating on both the Master Sheet and the individual tabs.

HI, I am good at Excel and VBA. I can achieve it through the vba and filtering process. Pretty quick for any any number of rows and number of tables. Please share the file to review the number of tables in each table. Note: array formulas make the workbook slow.... So, preferred way is to get the data using vba. -Chandra

After watching video I would propose a macro based workbook to perform required actions. Can you please check excel file in my portfolio, "sample dashboard" (use item number p10010-p10020 to search). You can enter an item number and then it'll fetch details from other sheet. Similarly button can be added to write it back to sheets from where it is reading. Due to referencing method even newly added entries are automatically added to selection I can explain further on chat or provide you some sample if required. Thanks!
