I have been a customer service representative for two years and have handled three different kinds of voice and non-voice accounts: fitness, financial and telecommunications. I respond to customer queries and ensure that requests are processed and communicated. I also track orders and make sure that notes are up-to-date.
Oracle, Windows 10, SPSS, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint are some of the computer applications I know how to use to name a few.
