* Reply to customer inquiries thru phone, website, social media and other 3rd party platforms.
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
* Educate and provide information to the customers on Relocation/Moving services
* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
follow up to ensure resolution
* Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
* Document and update customer records based on interactions
* Take the extra step to engage customers
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
* Positive & professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work well in teams
