Hi, I would choose platform as 1. RDS 2. Amazon Lambda functions for API. 3. ReactJS application for Web 4. Flutter for iOS (do you also wish to have android? it will increase cost) I would need 1. Wireframes form you for the application. That is it. I have understand the requirements but until wireframes are developed, no one can provide exact quote.
