Basic photo cropping and input data into spreadsheet

I'm looking for someone who is capable of merging two part of the same screenshot into one image, rename them according to the predefined rules, and also extract all text information into a spreadsheet. The entire set of the procedure will require to repeat for roughly 250 times.
Skill required:
1. Image cropping
2. Typing text information into a spreadsheet
Deliverables:
1. Merge two screenshots from different part of the screen into one
2. Remove the redundant part of the image (top and bottom menu)
3. Save as new image with rule YYYYMMDD_number_full_daily/[login to view URL]
4. Crop only the text part of the screenshot
5. Save as new image with rule YYYYMMDD_number_detail_daily/[login to view URL]
6. Record details of the screenshot into the provided spreadsheet, fill in N/A if not applicable
7. Repeat the entire procedure for around 250 times
Acceptance criteria:
1. Perform random check, select 5 sets/day
2. Only will mark the job as completed if 100% of checks are passed
