Data entry（PDF to Word）

Hello, Are these PDF pages scanned images or text? If they contain text fields, it is possible to convert them to Word documents, without typing nothing at all, accurately and fast. If they are scanned images, are they "clear" enough so that to give us the possibility to use an OCR software to convert them into a Word doc? Again the whole process could be much faster than typing all pages from scratch, even if some correction would be necessary. Do you want the 30K pages as simple contiguous text or do you want also the layout and the formatting of the original PDF document to be kept?
