I live in NZ, so the 9am - 7pm time frame works. I have prior experience with Zendesk ticket tracking, excellent internet access and a very good understanding of technology.
I have a very good telephone manner, native english speaker and have a lot of experience supporting people via the telephone. I give exceptional customer service and am prepared to always go the extra mile for the customer.
I have the tools required for the job, including computer and mobile phone and can get underway straightaway.
