We are looking for a longterm customer service agents based in the EU. Job description: - Communication with clients and updating/solving issues such as rescheduling collection, delivery; updating collection/delivery addresses and few other small operations. Currently, we are working with Intercom, thus, chat-based interface. - A manual and short tutorial will be provided We do require good English communications, together with any other languages, such as Spanish/Italian adding extra points. Additionally, a "normal" PC proficiency, as in, efficiency. Furthermore, the work schedule has to be maintained strictly, with the exception of informing a colleague if you are not able to attend for any issues. Thank you.

Hello there! From all other bids I've seen here, yours seems the best fit for me. I have great experience in dealing both with English-speaking customers as well as with Italian ones. I've been working in call centers doing surveys, customer service, debt collection and cold selling. My last job was in Customer Service using tools such as Zendesk, Boldchat, Helpdesk, etc, receiving requests and concerns from them via 4 channels: phone, chat, email and social media. I am very strict about my schedule, no need to worry about that at all and I am positive we'll make a great team!
