I'm looking for an error check of my small CUDA program which I am using to learn about different aspects of CUDA. Essentially, an IF statement in a kernel function in the code causes strange results, which can be seen in the terminal output. I will include two .cu files (one being the original, one being the code containing the IF statement) along with the compilation commands. I am looking for a good explanation for what is happening. Any general suggestions for improvement would also be helpful.
