PSD to CSS

Need to convert this 2 pages to css and html, no tables, will provide psd to winning bidder. We want the text to be html so you will need to use background images, also will want someone to provide how to embed a font so we can use that within the html text, not for the footer, but on the sub page where it says, need exposure, we would like to see how to embed that with using css. Also text on front page that says today only, that would be a seperate png file that would need to go over the top of that image. Also far right image on main page is a video so would need to have a background image for that container and have video playing in the middle. Thanks
