Possess hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development experience; developing web services and database applications using a variety of technologies, but specifically with the Common Data Model (CDS).
Experience identifying and visualizing key performance indicators, productivity and forecasting metrics from Dynamics utilizing CDS; generating dynamic reports for business decision makers.
Exhibited an ability to identify, articulate and automate sales, financial, operational and marketing
business processes into repeatable workflows that can be delegated to organizational roles, as needed.
They should also have a proven background of successfully integrating Office 365 productivity solutions with Dynamics CRM. Must have experience with Click Dimensions. They must also have proven experience in MS Dynamics customization as well as configuration of New Dynamics 365 Online environment (including waves 1 and 2).
Experience with Connectwise Sell, Quickbooks a plus.
Experience with the Relationship Assistant, Email Tracking, Relationship Heath also a plus.
Integrating dynamics with Microsoft Teams would also be beneficial.
Proven track record of developing complex applications on Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform with
customization of entities, Sitemap, Ribbon Workbench, Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI and
