Details WHAT WE WANT: * Design an A4 Presentation Folder. with a 10 mm gusset * Provide Design in a format that will be unique in our industry. the folders will be given to Surgeons and respiratory specialists. * The Folder must have a tab on the inside of the folder where a business card can be placed. * The Folder must have a tab on the inside where document can be placed (i.e. this is where we will be putting quotes that we are providing to the customer * Logo and Mission Statement are Blue / Red so this needs to be taken into consideration for the color scheme. and possible have the mission and vision written on the folder. CAN PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: * Logo and Mission statement will be provided to the successful freelancer * Company Profile: There may be some aspects of the front page / pictures that can be used in the design (up to you) MUST HAVE: * Previous Experience * Sample work(s)
