Simple Video image grab

I need the simplest code possible (to work into an existing project) that uses Media Foundation to grab a video still as a jpg or bitmap. At the moment a stand alone windows app that shows the video feed and I can press a button and save it as a file name, or store in memory as an image. I want this to be as bare bones as possible and NOT using OpenCV or any other such libraries.
I have put together a simple VS project showing the layout I need.
