C++/Qt/QML Application - setup pre-commit hooks

Our application called Noutee is developed with Qt framework using C++/QML.

We need to help with Git pre-commit hooks setup.

For C++ code we would like to use something like:

but we need to exclude some parts of the repository - included 3rdparty dependencies in the repo.

For QML code we would like to run Qt's 'qmllint' tool:

So as a result of your work we expect the integration of some high-quality pre-commit [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] can be taken as a base/example complemented with 'qmllint' for the QML files and configuration to ignore 3rdparty dependencies in the repo.

A part of the project is also the description of what packages ubuntu Linux/mac are required to make it work.
