I need a simple program which allows me to control/limit the internet speed to certain urls of my choosing through my modem/internet router. It will allow me to restrain speed of any and all websites that I choose and I should be able to adjust the speed from full speed down to zero or any speed inbetween for each url sepatately.

There are 3 methods that can be done for ur case either a program that will restrain the speed of websites like u said needs extra 10 dollar per pc for license , a program to limit the speed of pcs in ur network or limit the speed from the router but that depends if ur router supports bandwitch control router . i will also provide a step by step video tutorial of the method u will chose to use. thank you
