Create Dynamic Mesh in Unreal Engine - Deadline Sept 15th

Task is to create a dynamic mesh with texture in unreal engine, where the vertices are updated every frame using c++. The data will be sent by ZMQ.
We need the following functions
1. Load a list of meshes (obj) with texture. The list is stored in a text file.
2. Create a ZMQ server for the unreal project and a test client as separate c++ VS2015 project.
2. Update all mesh vertices via ZMQ once per frame. (Each mesh has about 20k vertices)
3. The test client to push the vertices and add some random position as a proof of concept.
For the project, existing tools and plugins such as the following can be used.

Conditions:
* Development Environment : Visual Studio 2015
* Unreal Version 4.16 or newer
* Incomplete or unusable results or delivery after the deadline will not be paid.
* Smaller Milestones for intermediate results are possible.
* We get the full copyrights on the code
* The textures are RGBA png images with transparency
