VA for Public Relations Company Director and Communications Assistant

Hi,
I run an Australian public relations and production company and am in need of a virtual assistant.
Assistant would be tasked with various PA type duties to help booking meetings across multiple time zones (responding to emails quickly), writing emails and sending out pitches and following up with associates, contacting clients and helping coordinate various communications tasks.
- Very strong English Language only
- Must have good writing skills
- Organised and efficient
- Great people skills and be quick to reply to emails when liasing with clients
