FOMO is an anxious feeling you get when you feel people are having good time without [login to view URL] only cause of fomo is making numerous friends and giving importance to their lives rather than [login to view URL] may lead to strain or sometimes depression. FOMO of social media is quite common in current generation. We have become possessive about social stuff and not reality. We let our lives to be ruled by social media. In digital age, FOMO often leads to checking of social media.I would like to elaborate this concept with my example:I was the type of person who would consistently check social media especially instagram and snap chat . Yeah as I was using consistently it was because I was having numerous friends and as a human being it's our tendency to check others life. Whenever I used to see people enjoying without me I used to feel sad and then my whole day used to go after thinking about each and every friend which resulted in degradation of my grades. But now it has been 1 year since I'm not there on any social site and I feel good and happy. I have limited number of friends and now people don't bother me. And now I'm able to think about my passion [login to view URL] to me FOMO is nothing but only giving importance to other people. So I believe lesser the people in your life less the mess you get [login to view URL] problem of our generation is that we try to prove our social life real and real life fake which leads to various problems and due to this we drift apart from our family.
