I need help with a project of mine. I need to get animations to work together smoothly
this a list of what I need done.
Active ragdoll -----vvv
character tries to protect himself from the fall by coving face or body unless he is falling from behind them he sticks his hand out behind him.
If the character does a trick for example a frontflip but does not complete it before landing then active ragdoll gets activated.
If character jumps to grab ledge but misses that causes him to go into active ragdoll
If Character does trick towards a wall and the animation is not complete then active ragdoll is activated as soon as he touches the wall or object.
Jumping over small ledges at the wrong time trips character.
Getting shot stumbles character into ragdoll.
character can do specific tricks depending on the button/key pressed.
Add button/key for character to extend arms out to grab for a ledge while in the air.(if the button is not pressed while jumping towards a wall then character will hit the wall which causes him to go into ragdoll).
Getting knocked out. ( while unconscious tap button/key to become conscious again.)
Stumble effect ( while doing a trick over an obstacle but just Barely enough hit it will make it will cause player to stumble and possible fall over.)
Wall jump (jumping from wall to wall.)
Shimmy across ledges.
Hand to hand combat---
when the player or AI is punched in the chest or face then the character will stumble and fall into ragdoll while holding the part they been attacked at and while on the ground they will move around in pain.
