Concrete5 CMS + Conversion Rate Optimization work

My client is a children’s healthy food company. They have just revamped their website so it now looks a lot more polished than it was, see here: [login to view URL] We are looking for someone to help us on an ongoing basis for a few hours per week (some weeks there will be more work than others) to help us tweak the above website (built with Concrete5 CMS ) towards Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). We need ONLY skilled people to apply.
