Create Technical Drawings for marine moorings

The project is to design and buils d a complete mooring system for large and small vessels entering the coastal waters of Papua Barat, Indonesia. The moorim ngs will be comprise of two types: 1. Type L750 to allow vessels of upbto 750 gross tons to moor in normal lite to moderateb sea conditions. 2. Type S100.. designed for yachts ans smaller vessels to 100 or less gross ronage. We are seeking the services of a marine architect or marine structures drafts person to create technical drawings in a professional ( digital) format. This information is required to achieve Government approval for the placement of the moorings. Also good clear drawings are required by the " green" finance provider. Thanks for any resonse
