WPF .Net Developer - Screen Grabber

Hi, I'm looking for a WPF developer that can create several components for me that will allow:- a) an active window to be captured as an image b) a specific screen (for multiple monitors) c) a component that will show the the active and inactive monitors on the system (as for example on the Windows 10 Display - Rearrange your displays screen, showing each monitor and it's position) d) a screen area could be drawn on the screen (across multiple monitors if needed), to define a region to capture the image (think like snagit product). So it would grey out all the monitor content, and then only show the true colours of the region what is being captured. e) a bonus part will be a zoomed in area that is used in (d), to show an enlarged portion where the current mouse pointer is when a region is being captured. *) the code should be able to save in JPG and PNG and allow settings for quality. Please only respond with 'I can do all of this like snagit for region defining' if you can do that part, and all the other parts. Thanks and speak soon,
