Create a Dot Net application to do the following. 1. Create a table with column names (see attached file [login to view URL]) 2. Read htm files from PreProcessFiles folder and parse it and populate the table. 3. If the file was read and data scraped successful then move the file to ProcessedFile folder Else move it to ErroredFiles folder. See attached file for detail explanation.
