Need to build SQL Server database structure for Blog and Comment

This is a common module and we believe it to be already existing and in use. Our budget is not too much so only freelancers and those who can provide help on minimal are requested. You can propose on share basis also, that would be even easier for us since we are working on the startup project only. We develop websites in .net framework with C# and asp and backend as SQL Server. There are some basic modules that every site includes and so is the blogging module also one of the main modules. In simple terms to be similar to the WordPress blog post module but for .net and sql. 1. I need the database structure pre-created in a script form with all required tables and stored procedures. 2. Author frontend to demonstrate the Live run of the blog module - a. Create Categories, Tags. b. Create blog post and associate categories and tags. c. Save as draft and publish option. 3. Public frontend to display blog archieve, single blog post and comments. a. Display on category, and tags b. Comment by Anonymous or by user. IP address should be saved as well c. like post, reply comment, like comment. (Any other thing relevanat to the module) The Author User and Role should align to the asp.net web security Membership User and Role
