You have to build a User Mode Driver (UMDF V2) for USB device for Windows 10. [login to view URL] The USB device is present in available. There are available github sources for Linux implementation in C++. It contains 11 driver functions (read/write/status): [login to view URL] It has to compile on x86, x64 and ARM platforms for Windows Core 10.0.16299. You have to provide along with simple test application. All C++ Linux sources are provided as opensource on github: [login to view URL] Here is example of UMDF driver from Microsoft. You don't need to write custom umdf driver for this device. It should work with standard winusb driver shipped with all windows versions. Looking at sources from github - there's no driver code there - it's just api library which uses libusb for communication with that neural network stick. libusb has been ported to windows, so probably it should be possible to build exisiting sources on windows platform (not without any changes od course, but imho it's doable). But looking at your requirements - you want to use it in UWP applications - so in your case what you really need is a UWP library which exposes the same interface as original api.
