Fullstack .Net Development Project

Requirements are being refined now but our inhouse development team is not able to deliver this project on the deadlines we need. 2-3 APIs required, MSSQL DB backend, some logic doing answer comparisons, some specific requirements around logging.
Programming languages: C#, JavaScript, SQL
Patterns and Principles: MVC, MVVM, SOLID, Micro-services, N-tier, Unit Testing
SQL: Developer, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Data Warehousing
Experience with Agile development methodologies preferred
Experience with Continuous Integration preferred
We will test internally, we just need someone to take the requirements we come up with, cut the code and get the code into VSTS for us. We'll then deploy through the pipeline, test, raise any bugs and have you fix them.
More details are available but we'll only share them to a shortlisted set of freelancers. Work is under ~1 week at the moment, plus/minus as requirements are signed off by the end user. Could double that committment.
Work would need to be live with end user by mid/end March, so that means fully tested and deployed.
