Fix/Complete C# sharp code that ingests xml data from API call into Elasticsearch and uploads images to S3 bucket

This code was written by a freelancer but he failed to complete. ****** All important ****** You will need to rewrite the code with a dot net core template in Object Oriented Programming instead as it I was suggested to upload images separately. First part of the code will need to import all data into elastic search and second part to upload images into S3. For image storage we can use GCP or AZURE if its better for you and it wont be more expensive that S3. I have removed login info from line 126 and 158 for security puroses but will supply when needed. It starts running and goes through few first hotels and then fails with a message. 'Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Arg_ParamName_Name' Please see the specification for more info and I have uploaded the code that wasn't finished but does many operations.
