Develop typing accuracy training software

Want to develop a typing training package which monitors the users typing accuracy. Software to log metrics on typing accuracy: 1) accuracy of words typed 2) words typed per minute The above metrics are to be stored in a database i.e., % accuracy and words per minute. Log at 5 minute intervals, including time of day / date / software in which being typed. Software to be able to plot the stored metrics. I.e. show a plot of % accuracy, Words / minute, software usage. Show this in various user selected views, i.e. user to be able to select a single day view, week view, month view, year view. (user to be able to select dates to view data) For example user want to show history from 15/4/17 to 30/4/17, software to plot this view. software is to also be able to average the stored data, ie average words per minute, average accuracy over uesr selected view. User to be able to select average typing accuracy they want to achieve and show this on the plot and then plot to show if above this average or below. Same goes for long term trend. software to be able to determine average by calculating from stored data in database Need software to be well documented and designed in a manner which is easy to further develop. In future want to be able to track more typing metrics, also want to possibly be able to store typing accuracy and plots on a web server....
