I need a command line program (and source code, preferably in C# or VB) that will take a text file (a comma separated value file specifically) and replace the commas inside of quotes with semicolons. The input file will be standardized and will have a number and two quote blocks. It looks like this: 123456,"item1,item2","thing-A,thing-B,thing-C" 123457,"item3","thing-D,thing-E,thing-F,thing-G,thing-H" etc. and the result should be: 123456,"item1;item2","thing-A;thing-B;thing-C" 123457,"item3","thing-D;thing-E;thing-F;thing-G;thing-H" There could be any number of items in the quote blocks. The commas between each quote block should be maintained, but inside the quote blocks should be replaced by semicolons. The program should take two arguments: the input file and the output file, for example: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL]
