Hello Do you and your coworker work in local network? In that case we could use simple peer to peer connection. But if you connect with www, we would have to add cloud based service and that of course triples degree of complication. What about OS? Do you both work with Windows 10? Last year i made application for a wedding band. Its purpose was showing text and music notes of song played. Each band member had tablet, and when song ended, singer selected next song on his device and sent it to others. Hi, I think for this quest will be enought one app with database, simple window with few fields and refreshing and login system. User will select/choose coworkers and this coworker will have to check every minute for new notifications in the application, if it comes, it will be displayed on the list in the application window or in some other way. Similarly, the sender will be checked every minute to see if they have received a response 'or click on a button'. Application can be created in WPF with nice MetroUI or in devexpress if you don't need source code Best regards:)
