hi, i have my own video capture app. the videos are currently not the best quality. they need to be better quality - 1920x1080p at 30fps. this quality would go for the video saved to the pc and the video our software already uploads to our cloud storage s3 account. my budget to improve the video quality is $250 - $500. i also have more work for you after you prove you can improve the video quality first. so, for future work, i need to know what your hourly rate is - keep in mind, i need to make money too on future work so i cant work with anyone with a high hourly rate.
