hi, your project seems to be in a 3 day milestone, it might be done before if hardware desing is ok and your original code is already compatible with the tricky logic that has to be used with encoders. related to the plan it will be simple 1) analize the circuit ( hardware ) in order to make sure we can move to code 2) analize the code , we might have to change some stuff since rotatory encoders are a bit tricky 3) change the code 4) test and go back to 2 or 3 if needed

I've quite experience with electronics and embedded systems, also I'm good with C/C++ programming and algorithms design and analysis. For that reasons I think I'm the best candidate for this work.
