Modify legacy Turbo Pascal software 2

Looking for a Freelancer who has good experience writing code in both Borland Turbo C and Borland Turbo Pascal language. The Freelancer is needed to provide a series of software modifications to legacy type software, written in TP. This project will involve re-writing the code module which toggled a parallel port (deprecated) pin at a programmable rate. It will instead target a DAQ board instead. You would be required to perform register access and programming, but there is full documentation available. The new code will be responsible for initializing the card as well. Alterations will need to be made in the text based user interface/menu system to support the update.
