A browser that uses the Gecko source as a library, with wxWidgets for the layout.
KABrowser is a file that allows access to the web inside a contained browser. This browser begins on a page about Internet Safety (will be created by me) and it contains the same address bar used by browsers, except that it does not allow the user to type anything into it. They may only select sites listed in it. Administrators may add sites to the list that can be accessed and they also may specify how much of the site may be accessed. The two options for access are SITE and PAGE. SITE means that the entire site can be accessed (e.g. [url removed, login to view] can be accessed, but if the person tried to visit a link that linked away from Neo it would stop them)
PAGE means that only that page of the site can be viewed (e.g. [url removed, login to view] can be accessed, but if the person tried to click the link to go to [url removed, login to view] would not let them) Sites can be deleted, edited, and added to the list so that the Administrator has full power over any viewable sites.
The administrator can also set what sites can be accessed.
This would allow the users to only access [url removed, login to view] , rather then the whole Neo Productions site while the user(s) could access everything on [url removed, login to view]
The address bar is still present in KABrowser but it cannot be typed into, it can only be used to select approved sites.
The KABrowser can have its sites that it can visit updated manually on each computer (by using Administration Tools) or it can be updated on a server/network to update them all.
KABrowser also cannot download any files as any download prompt is blocked as are pop-ups.
