My site violates Google Quality guidelines please help

My website [login to view URL] has been running for about 3 years and for the last year it has dropped off the search engine rankings and I recieved the following response in webmaster tools: ***************************************************************** Google Webmaster Tools notice of detected doorway pages on [login to view URL] We've detected that some of your site's pages may be using techniques that are outside [Google's Webmaster Guidelines][1].
