Project Management Consulting Blueprint

Help me build a blueprint for my project management consulting business, to yield maximum results for my (future) clients. I have not started yet, this is a fledgling business idea. First, I must define myself -- that is, what is my Unique Selling Proposition (USP). Then, I need to formulate a step-by-step plan, which will maximize my existing skills and talents, into a solid blueprint plan for clients that I select to coach. I have 15 years of small projects, Project Management experience, holding the Project Management Professional certification from Project Management Institute since 2007. I also have experience teaching over 150 students in a FranklinCovey course: project management fundamentals, I am called a "client facilitator", meaning I can only teach employees of my organization. I also have very good experience analyzing, designing, and deploying Access database solution to solve business needs. Finally, I am very good at time and performance management ideas, but with a plethora of already existing offerings out there already, I don't know how to take any of these skills and competencies to define myself to be attractive to a prospective client. Please, don't waste my time, or yours, if you do not have hands-on experience in coaching and guiding aspiring coaches. Tell me in your bid that you have read, and thought through my project requirements before crafting your bid. Help me to define what kind of services I can offer (my USP), that people are looking to pay me good money for. Once I accept them as a client, how can I structure our relationship in a very methodical manner (a blueprint) that I can confidently step them through, to successful conclusion for the both of us. Should you be selected, we will work on an hourly basis, for as long as it takes to define this project. This is my own personal project, so I do not have the deep pockets of a business (that is, lots of money) to spend on this endeavor, however; I do plan to compensate you fairly for your time. We will start out with one hour, and proceed further from there. I need you to take the lead, once selected. You step me through your own process - as I can learn from your approach with me to incorporate into my own process.
