Email Server for Newsletter

Setup a complete email marketing system for our company as per the specification here below: Hardware: • 4 x VPS • 4 Domains - each with 4 subdomains • 16 IPs (each associated with a subdomain) System components: • Interspire (Email Marketing gui) • IP rotations • SPF (Sender Policy Framework) • DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) • RDNS (Reverse DNS Recording) • PowerMTA (message transfer agent) System settings and rules: • Schedule IP warm up procedure as per 3 stages: day 1-10 (50 emails per IP / hour), day 11-40 (100 emails per IP / hour), day 41-70 (=175 emails per IP / hour), 70 days and onwards (=300 emails per IP / hour) • IP rotation based on hourly limitation (limitation during warm up period and then as per the pre-agreed limitation for email sending per hour per IP) • Adopt a DMARC policy. A DMARC policy tells the ISPs that your emails are protected by SPF and/or DKIM. (A DMARC policy is something you should have whether or not you’re ramping up a new IP address, by the way.) Interspire (Email Marketing GUI): • Interspire is an email marketing interface, where we can generate campaigns and define subscribers and upload lists. From this GUI we send define our email content including html. You can read more about it here : [login to view URL] • Before we are using wordpress based GUI for the newsletter campaigns, it uses MyMail Plugin developed for wordpress to send bulk emails. • All the settings are defined in MyMail, and the system use those settings to manage all emails. IP rotations: • IP rotations will be setup by the freelancer to be utilised in parallel. SPF (Sender Policy Framework) • Need to set up SPF services. DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) • DKIM provides a method for validating a domain name identity that is associated with a message through cryptographic authentication. • DKIM Record is to be set up on the server RDNS (Reverse DNS Recording) PowerMTA (message transfer agent) • Need to implement proper reporting and queue system and visible analysis for each campaign and queue being processed. • Need to work properly with IP rotations. • Setting up proper limits for max delivery rate per day
