Wilcox, AZ shopping center -- 2

I am an investor, I am seeking architect, design planners, and structural engineers only in the US that can travel to Wilcox AZ. No out of the country. They must have shipping container and commercial experience. No exceptions! I purchased a half of a block with buildings, lots, hotel, old restaurants and more. I have been renovating and opening up new ventures for the area. Wilcox was named the wine destination of AZ. They built the state of the art raceway for the rich mans play-yard. But if there is a place you want to eat at, hold that thought. Or if you want to shop at, good luck! Downtown Wilcox still has a train station and we all know if the train runs through, so do people. Wineries? There's another reason. Lots of festivals and fun things to do like going to Annies Apple Orchard. We are in the heart of downtown a block from the train station. The whole train station depot all-around has been restored for wine tastings. So I am developing more businesses and demoed the hotel. Plenty of places to stay not enough to do. So how about innovated eco-friendly buildings made out of recycled shipping containers? Barbershop? Bicycle shop? Cigar shop? Boutique shop? Restaurants with small menus and great wines to pair within a garden setting! But we have more coming... I am seeking for business owners looking to invest, open a store, lease, or open to options. With these options, as stores open, we will be seeking employees so stay tuned for opportunities, vendors, etc. Each will be hired by the appropriate owners. Looking for possible brewery or of some sort. Seeking Architects, Contractors that are experts in Shipping container buildings. Commercial use contractors only. ( removed by admins )
