I am looking for a freelance architect to design a modern house for me in Sketchup. The house will be approximately 5900sf, and will be 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom. It will look somewhat like the attached image. I will work with you on the design details and floorplan. I have a Sketchup license and can evaluate your work as you do it. I also need some prints generated from the design. Here is a list of what I need: - Site plan with plot plan - Foundation plan - Floor plan - Power plan - Lighting plan - Material plan - Door and window schedule - Elevations - Wall sections and details I will use the prints to be able to have the house quoted for bid and to use the prints for submission to the city for a plan review.
