I built a small pergola on my existing rooftop deck in Baltimore, MD. The city's webpage didn't say that I needed a permit for the work. An anonymous neighbor complained, and through that, I found out that I do in fact need a permit. I'm looking for someone, with a Maryland seal, who can draw up some permit drawings for the city so that I can obtain my permit. I need an elevations and a plan view that includes the roof dimensions.
