Google sketchup & layout template

looking for a multi layered template for joinery items and small room layouts. all in metric (mm) so can just jump in and use as needed with out playing about . also template for layout all logoed up for a professional look ,date stamped with client info going from one sheet to next .ie ref number. name .etc with out having to edit each page .all in mm to make for easy import from sketchup to edit drawing with ease showing view as required with dimensions in mm .
