Engineer needed for Wind Design for Small Residential Alteration in Florida

The project involves conversion of an existing unconditioned screened sunroom, to a conditioned habitable living space in a hurricane prone area (Vult 149mph, Exposure B, no other wind-related issues). The sunroom is attached to the gabled end of a single-story block-on-slab dwelling, with which it shares a roof. I am the owner-builder and contractor of record on the building permit. I am not a licensed contractor, but I have a good deal of experience in residential construction and drew up all of the plans myself. However, where I had hoped that the permit office would pass it based on FBC Existing, it looks like they are considering this to be new construction. That being said, the only significant comment by the reviewers was to ask me to "show complete wind design criteria and methodology" and when I spoke to them about this, they told me that I can do the wind design myself as long as I was able to demonstrate compliance. If the structure were detached and built with completely standard construction methods, wind design would be pretty easy. However, though the house is very standard block-on-slab with truss built roof and gabled end walls, the sunroom is sort-of balloon/timber framed and its being attached to the house complicates things for me. Anyway, after spending 2 weeks immersed in FBC, WFCM, ASCE7, ICC600, I've come to the realization that I need help. So, I'm looking for someone who can review my plans and what I've managed to do so far in terms of wind design, and work with me to ensure the proposed alterations will satisfy wind design requirements, including advising me on any necessary structural elements (shear walls, location of straps, ties, hold-downs) and completion of the requested wind design package. I can do all the leg-work, provide measurements, original building plans, photos, etc, as well as write up the final wind design report. You would need to have experience in structural engineering, and specific experience with wind design. Thank you!
