We are looking to have small town designed.
It is about 65 acres (about 2,800,000) square feet or 263,000 square meters).
We are looking to build small single family homes, town homes (attached homes), and apartments (2 story apartments).
We are looking to divide parcel into different areas.
Site plan. You have a diagram where it is 2 homes per acre, 4 per acre, 10 per acre and 15 per acre.
Need street widths,
Trail around perimeter.
4 - 1/2 acre kids parks with exciting playground equipment
1 - acre dog park
1 - acre teen park with a couple of basketball courts
4 - 1 acre lake or 2, two acre lakes. [Good to have 2 per acre homes on a longs lake]
