I have a plan for a container home and am looking for a draughtsperson architect to do the final design for final submission to council. The house will be on either concrete or metal piers . Solar panels on roof water tank storage under house and effluent management needs to be included as well as plumbing and electrical wiring for the house. It will be clad in WPC and the deck will aslo be in WPC. Want roof top garden / balcony on top of container roof.
