Services Needed:
We need to outsource functions of our D&D Daily digital newspaper.
You MUST know Constant Contact and Microsoft Front Page or there really no point in us talking.
We use Microsoft Front Page and have been using it from the beginning in March 2009.
We send out over 14,500 emails Daily and try to hit 1:30 or 2:00 p.m. EST for our send out time but realize sometimes that's just not do-able.
The function is real basic - populate our well-established 'Daily' e-newsletter template with our exclusive content and send out to our multiple list.
Actually putting the Daily together for delivery of final product.
Helping to create that final look with accompanying pictures, videos, limited graphics, some logos, special reports.
2- Post it on our social media - with LinkedIn being the primary driver of impressions - 2 executive profiles and around 35 Groups.
3- Work the bounces -
4- help put together special reports and send them out
5- help create quarterly crime reports and send them out.
6- create quarterly operating stat reports for advertisers
7- see how we can improve our constant contact performance and best utilize their services and data.
8 - Helping me design marketing mass emails. We have an established look, but open to change big time.
9- That's it - that's the help we need - putting together the Daily is NOT every day - but filling in for our content editor when he's out - or ill - or on vacation or on a special project.
The real effort is creating our stat reports and crime reports and special reports.
All of which can be viewed on www.d-ddaily.net. One point: the website is not our main deliverable. It's a support vehicle for the archives. Our main deliverable is;

The real issue here is Microsoft Front Page software - which they do not support anymore. We have it legally of course.
Transitioning away from Front Page is just expensive and would require new sidebar banners from our partners - a real issue right now - but we are open to discussion.
Email me to line up a call, pls.
