Verify that Azure VM autoscale set is properly setup

I have a single Windows Azure VM and I created a VM autoscale to load balance requests to an additional VM (Total 2 VM) and then automatically increase or decrease to 1 in response to demand/load.
I'm not fully sure if this is setup properly and I need an Azure Windows VM expert to review/modify the setup and verify that it is properly setup and working as intended.
