Large Dent in Driver's Side Door

an ex girlfriend kicked in my driver's side door and it's dented a little. i'm sure a heavy duty plunger would fix the trick. if you know a lot about cars, I also need to have mine painted, but that is not a top priority. In addition to needing a dent repaired and paint, the AC pressure suction hose (1 of the 2) is out, I will purchase the part, I just need it installed.
