Prepare Construction Documents for a Spec Home
Budget $250-750 USD
My client needs a full permitting/construction document set for the sketch that is attached to this project.
I am looking for a freelancer with the following qualifications:
- Freelancer has completed at least one full construction document set of a similar home that was built in the State of Florida
- You are able to provide engineering (structural and MEP) so that the drawing set is totally complete and will pass the code review process to be built
- You have english speaking PMs that will be my main contact
- Provide daily updates on work status, including most recent DWG files added to my dropbox folders (to be provided)
- In addition to standard drafting, you must be knowledgable on the United States building codes (Florida Building Code specifically for this project)
- You will use your knowledge of construction and of the building codes toadd all required construction notes to the drawings as well
Please provide a sample of a FULL construction document set that you have created which is similar in size and scope to this project. PDF is preferred, DWG is ok as well for the samples. Sample should show ONLY YOUR WORK and not the work of others that you collaborated with.
I have many projects like this and would like to form a long term relationship. I prefer fixed prices per job with a very detailed list of final deliverables so that everyone is motivated to work as efficiently and accurately as possible.
