Hi, Primary task - finalize the drawing for a 1st floor Including providing the structural specs to add windows to that floor which supports ~16’ of walls above it. Attached is the Basement Final jpg design as well as the as built PDF and PDF elevations. I do have the CAD for just the As Built PDF. Use the basement final jpg drawing to create the 1st floor elevation dimensions (considering the 2nd and 3rd floor dimensions). All with a structural eye. I want to get as many windows as possible but keep the structural integrity. The 30’ wall design outside the kitchen and living room suggestion from East to West is: -1 ft wide floor to ceiling wall -4 ft wide window 5’ 5” tall; 1 ft wall below and 1.5’ wall above the window -1 ft wide floor to ceiling wall -4 ft wide window 5’ 5” tall; 1 ft wall below and 1.5’ wall above the window -1 ft wide floor to ceiling wall -6 ft wide slider or french door 6’ 5” tall; 1.5’ wall above -1 ft wide floor to ceiling wall -4 ft wide window 5’ 5” tall; 1 ft wall below and 1.5’ wall above -1 ft wide floor to ceiling wall -4 ft wide window 5’ 5” tall; 1 ft wall below and 1.5’ wall above the ceiling -3’8” wide floor to ceiling wall Let me know if you have any questions.
